 One-off Sourcing Requests

• S & S will help source the product and refer the customer to one of our partner distribution hubs for purchase. This option does not introduce the ‘customer’ directly to the farm or source of the product. 

 Fixed Term Procurement/Sourcing Agreement

• 6-12 months terms with renewal options

• S & S will identify and introduce quality vendors, farms, distros, etc. to the customer that can satisfy their product needs.

• For the duration of the agreement term, a predetermined fee will be paid to S & S within 10 business days after any completed transaction with an  S & S referral. 

• S & S will act as the liaison between the source and the customer for the duration of the agreement and will work with the customer to determine the level of support and involvement required to satisfy the agreement. 
• After the fixed term is completed, the customer is free to continue doing business with S & S referral accounts/vendors without additional fees associated with S & S. However, if the customer would like to renew the contract/agreement for an additional fixed term, S & S can continue acting as a liaison between the customer and the supplier for a predetermined fee that will be paid within 10 days of each new transaction completed for the duration of the renewed agreement. 

• S & S will work with the customer to identify any specific needs and make direct introductions to reliable sources and potential future business partners.
• S & S will be paid a one time lump sum payment for the introduction once certain criteria have been met.
